Assistance

Should you encounter a problem that requires individual attention, please complete a trouble ticket at the Helpdesk or phone 870.368.2021. The Helpdesk operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

All trouble tickets submitted to the Helpdesk are monitored evenings and over the weekend and responded to if possible.

RECOMMENDED BROWSER

We strongly recommend myOzarka students use the latest version of Google Chrome for Windows, Mac or Linux because it is the most compatible with our current systems.
